This is everything you will love about unfortified Palomino.  Subtle oxidative notes, piercing acidity and light texture;  along with hints of lemon and toasted hazelnut. Flavors are bright, with plenty of orange and lemon citrus notes, lots of mineral, and a long, beautiful finish.
