Made from 100% Glera coming from the hillside vineyards of Vonegliano and Farra di Soligo, this brut prosecco is perfect as an easy starter!
From the winemaker:
Talking about BiancaVigna Prosecco Brut is like talking about an old friend. We’ve had it for 8 long years and it is always the main character and the life of the parties we throw in casa la Perla. As all friends do, Prosecco always knows how to find its place, whether you find it during an aperitif with canapé, or in a starred restaurant with a more complex dish and why not, even after dinner, when you are sitting in front of your fireplace and you are talking about your day spent on the snow. I consider it a loyal partner to have by my side at work, always working hard without forgetting the quality, with a nice note of white flowers and a good acidity on the palate.
Tasting Notes: Straw yellow in color with greenish hues, and elegant aromas of apple and white fruit. On the palate, it’s creamy with a vivacioius fruity aftertaste, and a delicate mineral finish.
Varietal: Glera
Region: Treviso, Veneto, Italy
