Padeiro is a ruby coloured wine with a berry fruits aroma and a crisp and intense flavour.

This wine results from a rigorous selection of our best Padeiro grapes and the perfect communion between technique and tradition. The grape crop is picked manually into small boxes. The grapes are destemmed and then pressed at low pressure. Fermentation takes place in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. Before bottling, the wine is filtered and cold stabilized.

Quinta da Raza is a family business that has gone through four centuries, still to this day in the Teixeira Coelho family, nowadays in the hands of Diogo Teixeira Coelho, the fifth generation. Their commitment and dedication to the vineyard and to wine has fermented this passion and knowledge over time.

Tasting Notes: With its light prickle, this crisp strawberry-flavored wine is medium sweet but with acidity to balance. It's easy, fruity and ready to drink
