Produced by Conca d’Oro at their winery nestled in the hills of Conegliano Valdobbiandene at the center of the classic production zone, the wine is composed of 85% Glera and 15% Pinot Noir. Conca d'Oro's Rosé is a beautiful bottle of brut bubbles!
Conca d’Oro Prosecco Rosé Brut is a brilliant, pale salmon color with a persistent stream of bubbles. The bouquet displays a melange of red fruit aromas such as strawberry, and raspberry with scents of watermelon, cotton candy, and Turkish delights. On the palate, the fine bubbles create a light creamy sensation on the tongue which finishes dry and crisp with lingering strawberry notes.
Excellent as an apéritif or with frito misto, salted macadamia nuts or a variety of hors d’oeuvres.
