Bodegas Basa Lore is one of the oldest in the D.O. Getariako Txakolina, have been making txakoli since 1930. The situation of the Basa Lore winery is privileged, located in the Gipuzkoan municipality of Zarautz, on the slopes above the beach. They make this authentic-original txakoli from Getaria with that salty touch that the sea gives us, that touch of carbonic, fresh, easy to drink and the only txakoli on the market without added sulphites, unfiltered, unclarified, very natural.

Txakoli Basa Lore is a winery located in the northern part of Zarautz, right on the edge of the ocean, next to San Sebastian, 30 minutes away from the border of France. This family winery in operation since 1930, is currently run by the fourth generation of the family and continues their Basque Country winemaking traditions. Basa Lore means ‘Flor del Bosque’ in Spanish that shows the bubbling and green tones of the Txakoli when it goes into the glass. With plenty of experience and knowledge in winemaking, Basa Lore Winery has produced excellent quality Txakoli by combining modern and innovative techniques and machinery with traditional methods.
