A co-fermented blend of 90% Macabeo & 10% Sauvignon Blanc. Ripe Barlett pear and starfruit jump from the glass, followed by a wallop of salty sea air. Racy, fresh and bright – the skin contact gives the wine grip on the mid-palate. Dry-farmed, certified organic, and vegan with minimal intervention in the cellar.
