State-of-the-art technology is used to preserve the characteristics of the 'Tinta de Toro' varietal. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks while a wide array of premium oak barriques are used for ageing. The wines are aged for a minimum of 6 months to add the necessary structure and depth.

Luí & William Wines is a project of two brothers united by a family winemaking tradition: Luis Ángel and Guillermo. The winery was born in 2005, with the production of wines from the family vineyards, which are on the banks of the Duero river, on sandy and rocky soils, with little wealth but great potential. Each bottle of Lui & William wines unites family values, small-scale production advantages, modern winemaking technology, and traditional grape growing techniques with a special focus on the 'Tinta de Toro' varietal. This varietal is the region's point of difference and inspiration for the family at Lui & William wines.

Intensely concentrated flavors of blackberry, dark cherry, espresso, and vanilla are complemented by anise and tobacco on the palate, which is full-bodied with leathery tannins and a long, savory finish.

Their ungrafted vines date back 120 years, making them some of the oldest vineyards not just in Toro, not just in Spain but in all of Europe.
