This charming 50/50 white blend comes from a  father-son combo who are the 7^th and 8^th generation of their winegrowing family who make honest wines in Southern France. Laurent-Miquel Chard-Viognier is the perfect wine to either dress up or dress down for the occasion. Together, Chardonnay and Viognier bring notes of apricot, orange, peach, and lemon zest to the table. Even though the wine is done completely in stainless steel, there is some aging sur lie, which contributes roundness and texture.
