70% Merlot and 30% Cabernet Sauvignon

The wine is complex and concentrated showing black cherries, plums as well as savoury notes of olives and black pepper with broad polished tannins and a medium plus acidity that leads into a finish that lasts for ages.

We are a family winery with vineyards on the foothills of the Simonsberg mountain, Stellenbosch (South Africa). Our wines are a product of ancient soils, steep slopes and winds off the cold Atlantic Ocean. They tell the story of the vineyards, our heritage and passion for winemaking and preserving the land for future generations.
