Sourced from grapes from the Ashe Vineyard located just south of Oakville Crossroads. 

Grapes were harvested at night, hand sorted and de-stemmed. After a 7-day cold soak, and 2 week fermentation with gentle maceration the wine was moved into French oak, 50% new oak. The wine aged for 16 months before bottling
