Tasting Notes: a very bright and pleasing fresh berry and sour cherry aroma with touches of leather, balsamic and eucalyptus that opens into popping red fruit and tart acidity. 

Grapes are sourced from Colline di Gibellina in Western Sicily and then aged in stainless steel to maintain freshness and pure fruit qualities. 

This wine is perfect with grilled meats and fresh salads, and every cheese board in between.
