From the beginning, the winery was clear he wanted to develop his wine with a unique variety, Albariño, which already owned vineyards in the Valley Salnes. Over time, new vineyards were planted on selected municipalities in Vilanova de Arosa, Meis, and Portas land.
Optimal conditions which, together with the unique characteristics of the land, are conducive to the proper ripening of the grapes getting the right balance between acidity and sweetness.
Tasting Notes: Clear and gleaming pale yellow color. Light body, balanced acidity, and citrus aromas, nicely structured with hints of ripe fruit and herbaceous notes.
